Lucrin's strategic relocation: a place to grow with Oficea

Initially establishing its offices in The Factory, one of Oficea’s own buildings, LUCRIN Geneva had found, on the second and first floors, the perfect place to accommodate its growing team. However, as the company specialized in luxury leather goods and e-commerce expanded, its needs evolved. They have, since 2023, moved to another Oficea building in Valetta, in Vivéa Business Park.

The preferred brand of leather connoisseurs and neophytes chose to relocate for three main reasons. “First, the ability to have the whole team in the same space, thus reinforcing the Group dynamic. Secondly, the building itself, which was more aligned with the luxury field in which we operate, and finally, the 25 parking spots which suit our needs”, LUCRIN Geneva’s Executive Director Selim Akhmisse explains.

Shifting office spaces within Vivéa Business Park

As LUCRIN Geneva moved out of The Factory’s Ground and First floors, their former offices turned out to be the perfect space to accommodate two actual tenants. ST Advisory, has, since, been occupying the Ground Floor. The outsourcing company specialised in Recruitment, Consulting and IT therefore finds it to be the perfect space to grow.

Clarity Labs Limited capitalised on the opportunity to expand their workspace by integrating Lucrin’s former offices into their existing space on the first floor. The company that aims to empower sales and monetize Customer Experience Transformation is also thrilled to prosper in this motivating work environment.
