The Factory - a state-of-the-art office building

The Factory is an old industrial structure that has been adapted and converted into a double-storey state-of-the-art office building with modular office space. The building has retained its character and heritage through careful and sensitive design treatment, with chic industrial finishes. An entrance Piazza provides occupants with a landscaped courtyard connecting their office to 1827, another erstwhile factory building now used for office purposes, named after the year it was built.
