The Grade 1 proposed by Oficea is typically what is found in an office space that’s ready for renting. This is a basic functional unit with some utilities such as electrical wiring, plumbing fixtures, partitioning already in place :

We apply a sealer to give an attractive and pleasant look to power floated concrete floor surfaces. For wall finishes, we use a combination of full-height glazing and gypsum partitioning. The off-shutter concrete ceilings add to the contemporary aesthetic as well as wooden flush doors, skirtings and kitchen cabinets. We also provide top-quality mechanical, electrical, and plumbing solutions to meet our tenants’ demands.
