Our team is available from the very beginning of the leasing process to ensure a smooth administrative process as well as the onboarding, the coordination of fit-out works if required, the installation of tenants into their new premises and the ensuing follow-up.
- An online helpdesk is available to enable our tenants to provide feedback on their operational issues.

- Air conditioning maintenance
- Back-up generator maintenance
- Painting
- Equipment maintenance and repair (pumps, electrical system, etc.)
- Fire equipment
- Our Health and Safety Officer is responsible for preparing a detailed compliance plan in accordance with national standards and laws. A timely physical examination of all buildings is also carried out.
