In 2020, Oficea has assembled a team of dedicated professionals in order to craft unique workspitality experiences, including the Workspitality Manager, Stephanie Ceffis and the Community Associate, Estelle Rey who has previously gained invaluable work experience with an international hotel chain. To keep up with the workspitality trend, coworking facilities and meeting spaces for many different needs are also available at The Pod, The Factory and 1827 within Vivéa Business Park.
The initiatives taken are aimed at providing quality spaces for interaction and cultivating a great community vibe within our portfolio of properties through a network of ambassadors. A programme of activities and events has also been designed to feed and stimulate such a spirit.
