Appraising the financial models of new development projects, acquisitions and disposals of investments

Working on the listing on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius

Property review and inventory

A complete review of the building is performed every year, including an evaluation of the building’s physical condition and appearance, a checklist of value added recommendations is then provided that will enhance the appearance and value of the asset.
